Christian Lacroix suit from the 1990s.  Features a shoulder padded jacket and short length skirt.

Does up with 3 glass buttons and also has matching smaller buttons on the cuffs.  I am including the 2 silky floral brooches with rhinestone

pistels that are on the jacket lapel.  I purchased it with these and they look so good with it, that I have chosen to leave them with the suit.

Made of a wonderful woven fabric...70% Polyamide - 15% Cotton - 15% Acrylic

Lining is pink & yellow striped and is made of cupro.  Cupro is similiar to rayon as it is made of a cellulose base. 

The names comes from the process "cuprammonium" which is used to the process the cotton and wood pulp that from it's base material. The woven fabric is most interesting as it combines a vivid yellow, a yellow green, a bit of pale blue, pink with a metallic finish on a black background, most striking.

A wonderful suit in an out of the ordinary color scheme and fabric.
